Hartmann Application Solution with drylin® linear bearings
In an effort to minimize the frequent and costly maintenance needed for its production equipment, medical goods producer Hartmann came to igus® looking for a replacement for metallic linear bearings. These bearings would attract textile fibers, particles, and dust due to the grease needed for them to operate. igus® was able to provide dry-running plastic linear bearings that eliminated this issue while also making the equipment more hygienic and productive.
